Groups choose a mix of studios, one-, two- and four-bedroom units, so senior staff get their own rooms while families or juniors share larger apartments. Everyone has a kitchen or kitchenette, and Marakua Restaurant can serve group breakfasts, packed lunches and dinners.

Our meeting room seats up to 30, which makes Woodmere a practical base for trainings, workshops and NGO missions: delegates sleep, eat and meet in one place, a short drive from the UN, embassies and the CBD.

We send one quotation, take one deposit and issue one invoice, and we prepare accommodation letters for every guest who needs one for their Kenya eTA.

Group booking questions

What counts as a group?

Five or more rooms, or ten or more guests, on the same dates. Smaller parties can book online.

Is breakfast included for groups?

You choose. Breakfast at Marakua Restaurant is $10 per adult and $5 per child under 12, per night, for the whole group or only some guests.

How many people can you host?

Up to around 60 guests across hotel rooms and serviced apartments, depending on dates and room sharing.

Do you need a deposit?

Yes. Group rooms are confirmed with the deposit stated in your quotation, and the balance can be invoiced to your organisation.
