Woodmere Grand Hotel is the same property which used to be only Woodmere Serviced Apartments. Our hotel in Kilimani now features a whole new multistory block of hotel rooms, plus our new Marakua Bistro and Conference Facility to add to our ongoing serviced apartments. We are proud of our over forty years of serving Nairobi with excellent accommodation and leisure facilities. In addition to our heated pool, gym, hot tub, exercise studios, sauna, and massage, we maintain our 24/7 reception. Even if you call or make a booking after normal hours here in East Africa, from wherever you are, you will receive a reply promptly.

 

We are the same accommodation facility now as before, and our excellent reviews on various booking engines and Google still apply. The space was really comfortable, spacious and nicely decorated. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. When I discovered that I had left some earphones in the apartment after I had checked out, the staff went out of their way to retrieve them and organise posting them to my onward address.

Previous reviewers are right, this really is a little gem in the middle of Nairobi. The rooms are MUCH nicer than the pictures suggest, location is perfect, staff is friendly and helpful and... well, the pool is the pool. For the price, there's NO better place to stay in Nairobi.

I originally booked a studio but was helpfully upgraded for free to a 1 bedroom suite. It has a nice overlooking view of the pool, large 4-poster bed, complete kitchen and a full toilet and bath. The staff were helpful and attentive. Free access to a small sauna and the pool
